Decision of CD Council was to obtain copies of previous action and records established in Brazos county prior to freeze and submit to city of Bryan and College Station as evidence of wage increase as prior to raiseincrease.,ns (Get affidavit from June and give one to Ran Boswell and Fred Sandlin). Item II John Hill need shelter managers, Radiological monitors for buildings. Need licenses on buildings. John Hill and Jake Canglose, and Henry Alsmeyer as soon as time available will contact proper officials for continuous of this program. Item III First priority of work by Alsmeyer on removal of Phenobarbital from kits is completed in Bryan and College Station and will begin this coming week- - September 13th at Texas A &M University. Item IV Hurricane Fern: Citizens Band and Races and radio amateur went on standby alert in county - -no problem experienced in hurricane because path of hurricane turned down South Texas coast rather than expected path in East Texas coast. CD aided Red Cross and Jaycees in housing 20- to 30 orphans from Lake Jackson area. Chidren housed in Brazos County Mental Health Center (old St. Joseph Hospital) and was assistated Dr. Cooper.
