Item I A : Emergency Hospital building
B : How should we handle?
Keep building on premise and move refrigerator with
medical supplies and to new hospital.
Recommendations by council: Follow directions in A above.
Item II Letters from state and national CD Phenobarbital
in shelters... action to be taken a/w a►ept. of Army
letter dated 19 April 1971.
1. All phenobarbital tablets will he removed from kits
and placed in secure place.
MEMO: Read on pesticide safety team available through
Civil Defense channel. Disseminate to all council
members.
Item III CDEX excerise letter dated 29 April 1971 exercise CDEX -71.
a. appointed controller for this excerise Dr. E.E. Burns
who will order IRSE training kit and will set up training
program. Dr. Burns will get with county judge; Bill Vance,
Ran Boswell; and Fred Sandlin to determine who will take
part in training excerise and invite them and set up
program.
