Item I Communications:
Races: Linton Jones will take over as County
Races officer.
Shelter: Sammy Russo will take over as shelter
Communication officer. Sammy will get
Citizen Band License renewed for 100 units.
Communications branch -- Chester O'Donnell has resigned.
need recommendations for county communications
officer. Huebner will make recommedations.
Item II Conference - - -- State conference will be held on
February 22 and 23rd.
Item III : Past activities: signs and doors painted on Emergency
Hospital.
Shelter maps for dormitories, motels, apartments, etc.,
are being made by Bryan School Industrial Shops. Should
be completed by Jan 1, 1971.
Item IV : 9804th AF reserve unit will post WARNING SIGNS and
inspect all shelters begining 21 December 1970.
