: Announcement of the 10th Annual CD Conference to be
held February 16 and 17, 1970 at the Villa Capri
Motor Hotel, Austin, Texas. Letter received on this.
II : Letter sent Sept. 25, 1969 to Mr. Williamson (Leroy)
in the OCD Denton office asking as to what to do with
damaged shelter supplies: His answer was
"Dispose a/w FCD Guide, Part D, Chapter 2, Appendix 2,
T. When items must be disposed of a/w with local gov-
ernment policy -the following shall apply: DONATIONS
to City Health Unit by quanity and number and get
signature and file.
III : Recommendation by CD Director: on possibility of a
rescue vechicle to be attached to Fire Dept. andlused
by entire community.
Home'F.D. and Rescue group make a recommendation for this.
IV : Display maps for public places. Try to have these printed
by A &M press.
V : Make up a form for report of Loss.
