ITEM II Authorization A/a 406th medical detach.
Letter dated 15 February 1969 requ est for bldg.
T -40 at A &M annex for alternate assembly area.
Decision and recommendations:
Col. Graves to follow this and will let us know.
ITEM III : Recommendations for resource management course to
be held at A &M March 10 -14.
Should send as many department 'heads as possible.
ITEM IV Report on Ninth Annual State Conference held
Feb. 24 -25 in Austin, Texas by Jake Canglose.
