ITEM I : Dr. George L. Huebner appointed Civil Defense Director
for College Station as of January 1969.
ITEM II : CSP Program
Mr. Bowden of Texas State Office picked up Shelter Brochure
proof - January 30, proofs were approved by Jake Canglose
and are ready for printing.
POST OFFICE PERMIT - -99 will be used for mailing. Mailing
cost will be 3.6 per brochure - -total cost approx. $712.00.
50% to be paid by cities and county.

(Cost of brochures $350.- 360.00)
ITEM III : State Conference February 24- 25th.Austin, Texas
Jake Canglose and Henry Alsmeyer will attend 24 & 25th.
Try to get chief of police and sheriff to attend last day.
Dr. iebner will attend.
ITEM IV Rural Fire Districting Map
Rural fire maps have been worked out. Index map broken into
districts and zones.
Try to get a training program started to train individuals
for each district .
Cost to cut masters 78 ea. 18.00 for paper. Approx. cost $50.
Approx. 250 books
ITEM V. Display units- -have to get local cost on name plates.
ITEM VI: Mr. Alsmeyer has been with Civil Defense 6 years today.
Mr. Alsmeyer and Mr. Jerry Head of Austin replaced all
instruments. All in good shape .
Mr. Trant working on Cushing Library to see if floor can
stand weight wit1 books and people.
Keith Langfor -- starting Medical Self Help this week
have film to loan him.
