Item I;
A. Decision on whether or not we should participate
in the State and Federal (IRIS) in colored
readiness plan as underlined in DPS letter dated
Apri ". 2, 1968.
DECISION: We will participate in the exercise.
Item II: Needs for a storage building.
DISCUSSI @N: Will take this up next meeting.
Item III: Need for tornado warning test. Internal -test.
Call meeting with all concerned and set up test program.
General:
A. Recommendations on action to be taken to obtain aerial
monitoring system as per request of state health dept.
OK for
B. TRAINING BULLETIN ANNOUNCEMENT DATED APRIL 1968.
C. Executive order 11310 (General Info.) passed on to cancel.
D. Motorolo Co. letter on Warning System dated March 22, 1968.
E. Emergency Handbook H -14 to order 5,000 each for distribution.
F. Report on CSP progress census continued - -50% completed in
Bryan and College Station.
G. Scuba team being formed.
