I: Appointment list for C.D. Staff officers (List attached).

II: Assignments of police officers to public shelters.

b. assign building to each dept. and at time of emergency
let the depts. assign men - -this will elimate keeping
list up to date. Assign building to police depts.
III: Medical personnel for shelters:
a. Reccomendations for assignment as personnal assignment
officer in administration for medical personnal to shelters.
b. Mr. Richard Arnold appointed as shelter medical personnal
officer to assign medical people to shelters.
Shelter Information:
a. Requisitions signed for 6,779 new spaces for stocking.
b. Licenses for new shelter agreement signed - -10 bldgs-
(4,246 spaces.)
