I. Rural Fire Protection Program.
Draft annex submitted for review for approval.
II. Report on shelter survey team from Corps of Engiteers.
a. Tenative: total number of buildings PF -1 thru 8-
O N % buildings (Approx. 45,000 spaces)
b. PF -1 Building will not be stocked- State ref phone call,
Jake Canglose and Mr. Bowden, will authorize use of
Federal signs on NON stocked buildings and Mr. Jones
of Corps of Engineers will furnish signs.
c. Required approval (Local) for use of Federal signs- YES.
d. Policy for shelter entry information: some buildings will
have stocked and non stocked areas -
use Federal signs and DO NOT work Non Stocked.
III. Report of letter ans schools scheduled .
a. Civil Defense management Nov. 6 thru 10.
b. Progress report on Air Force Reserve Squadron shelter
inspection work.
