I. Col. Goldsmith requesting some are to attend
C.D. management course -- Austin, Texas- -1.
Jan. 23 -27th. Designed for -- mayors, City
Managers, 0.D. Directors. Col. Goldsmith
gave run down on course. Need 10 for course
to be held here. No one from Bryan can go.

II. RADIF Base plan: presented by W.K. Henry
for approval.
Mr. Hill and i1r. Sandlin have not studied
it enough for approval - -will approve it later.
Col. Goldsmith will servey BAFB to setup
monitoring stati on.

Local Emergency: 3t,o 5 minute steady tone.
Question: Can sirens be used as local
emergency signal.
