BRAZOS COUNT' ' CIVIL DEFENS SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 24, 1966 FIB AWARDS COMMITTEE: Present: Jake Canglose John W. Hill E.E. Burns Basic rules for qualification. A. Persons to be awarded a certificate of merit on contribution to the Civil Defense effort with no mininum time requirement. B. Yearly review will be made to see if anyone has qualified. C. No person on any goernment payroll who has, as part of his job a Civil Defense responsibility shall be eligible for award. (Unless specifically authorized by Special Meeting) .
