Elkins Brazos County Welfare Service Officer The following base plan guide lines are to be used for orggnizational and operational planning: I. Lines of Succession a. B.Vs Elkins *County Welfare Service Officer b. J. Pruitt - Deputy County Welfare Service Officer C II .Food Recommendations - Survey of mass feeding facilities in County, Coordinatio with Department of Agriculture on survey of available food. Type of meals to be provided. Survey of Public and Private housing capacity. Availability of bedding, cots, mattresses etc. Quantities and where stored. IV Refugee Registration Recommendations - Sufficient forms on hand, coordination with Housing, information on housing available etc. V Rehabilitation Recommendations - Consideration of special services based on family and individual need. Plans for financial aid and rehabilitation. VI General All appointments made shall be subject to oath end security regulations as required by county court order. A study will be made and recommendations submitted for approial and implementation; a comprehensive welfare service plan which will be capable of handling extended emergencies in case of n disaster. The County Welfare Service Office will prepare and submit to this office an% organizational chart, roster and operational plait as soon as possible for final approval and implementation.
