I consolidated information on 146 shelters located in the Bryan/ College Station area and prepared individualized shelter management packets for all shelters. These packets will be distributed to the shelters when needed. Gathering the information necessary required some background research on the information available an' required. Using this information each Shelter Management Handbook(P &P -8) was individualized with specific shelter capacities, floor plans, and nearest additional shelter. In the process, shelter information was updated and corrected as needed.
