Dear Mr. Canglose:
Liquid Energy Corporation operates three natural gas processing
plants near the Bryan- College Station area. Each plant has
been designed for maximum safety for plant personnel and near-
by properties. The plants have fire fighting equipment at each
site, and remote shutdown capabilities in case of accident at
'ppm"
the plant. The plants are covered in more detailed as follows:
(1) Bryan -Hicks Plant
g - Capable of processing 20 MMcfd of natural gas
- Product (LPG) transported by pipeline
- Incoming product (LPG) brought by truck

(2) Bryan -Pate Plant
- Capable of processing 5 MMcfd of natural gas
- Product (LPG) transported by truck

(3) Wellborn Plant
- Capable of processing 5 MMcfd of natural gas
- Product (LPG) transported by pipeline
- Telephone: 693 -2059, Joe Fields, Plant Foreman

The Bryan -Hicks plant is the only one of the three that is
manned 24 hours per day. In case of emergency at the other
plants after hours, call the Bryan -Hicks plant.

A special Hazardous Materials Emergency Planning
Meeting for Brazos County, Bryan, College Station, and
Texas A &M University is scheduled for March 21, 1984,
at 1:00 p.m., in Room 105 of the Brazos Center, to
review, update, and /or rewrite our county -wide Hazard -
ou5Materials Emergency Plan.
You are listed as an emergency consultant in that
plan, and we invite you or a representative from your
organization to attend that meeting, which will also be
attended by our Hazardous Materials Planning Committee.
For your information, a list of emergency consultants
included in our plan is enclosed.
We also want to take this opportunity to thank you
for your participation in this effort of Brazos County
Civil Defense. You render a valuable service.

DIRECTIONS TO BRYAN-HICKS ?U
Take Hwy 105 west out of Conroe off 1-L5. Turn right on Evy 6 at Navasota.
Take Flwv 6 to Bryan until Hwy 21 (a big "Trumtop" sizm at the imcersection).
Turn :it on Hwy 21. Go about 1 1/2 miles and turn right just before Coulter
Field airport. Follow this road for about 1 1/2 miles. Take the first 7igh:
after the road curves around to the right.

DIRECTIONS TO 3RYAN PLANT
Go west from Madisonville on Hwy 21 until you get to Highway 6 Bypass,
turn left on access road between UTOTEM and Hwy 6, then :urn left on Old
Kurten Road ( past UTOTIM) and go 11= mile. Turn ria on Pate Lane
(gravel road). Go 75 yards to cattle zuard (on left). Take cattle guard to
left and you can see plan: site.
