1 -25 -82 Authorized installation of pipeline in County right -
of -way of Hardy Weedon Road, Steep Hollow Road, and
Elmo Weedon Road, all in Precinct 3.
2 -22 -82 Approved Request to utilize County Rights -of -way for
Producers Gas Co. to cross Greens Prairie Read, Royder
Road, I &GN Road, Straub Road and parallel Greens Prairie
Trail in Precinct 1.
3 -8 -82 Authorized Producers Gas Co. to cross Greens Prairie
Road in Precinct 1 with 3 different pipelines.

Steep Hollow Road.
2 -22 -82 Approved Request to utilize County rights -of -way for:
(1) Ferguson Crossing Pipeline Co. to cross Marino
Road, Dilly Shaw Tap Road and parallel Boatcallie
Road in Precinct 2, and parallel. Tonkaway Lake
Road in Precinct 3.
