Dear Judge Holmgreen:
For the past 30 plus years it has been a pleasure to
serve Brazos County as Deputy Director for Civil Defense and
recently as Emergency Management Chairman.
In talking with Mr. Jake Congelose, County Director, I
was reminded that our terms of appointment expired December
31, 1990. He has previously asked that he not be re-
appointed. Coincidentally, I am also retiring from the work
force and ask that you not consider my re appointment.
I am sure that you will expedite appointment of
replacements and wish you and them best of luck.
