To: Mr. Harry Stiteler, Jr.
University Safety & Health Officer
Texas A &M Civil Defense Coordinator
Subject: Civil Defense Supplies
Reference Letter dated April 2, 1987, File No. 1900.00
Dear Mr. Stiteler:
The Brazos County Civil Defense Coordinators and officers of the
Civil Defense Council met May 26 to decide what approach should be
taken to remove these supplies from Texas A&M University buildings.
It was agreed that, due to the lack of stora e facilities and the
continued deterioration of these supplies, tst policy would be
to make these items available to Texas A&M University, Bryan, College
Station, and the County /City Health Department for utilization in
their operations at no cost.
Please review the attached lists and forward your requests for
those items you feel the university can put to effective use.
