SUBJECT: FIRST MEETING
On Tuesday, November 5, 1974, the first meeting of the Brazos Valley
Regional Emergency Medical Services Advisory Committee will be at
7:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be primarily organiza-
tional. At that time we will also elect a Vice - Chairman and a Secre-
tary. Mrs. Georgia Eiland, Director of Nursing at St. Joseph Hos-
pital in Bryan is the Chairman.
The purpose of this committee will be to aid the Emergency Medical
Services Coordinator in implementing the system designed and funded
for the Brazos Valley. At the first meeting I will provide you
with a resume' of our system.
Your name was suggested to me to serve on this committee. I sin-
cerely hope that you will be able to attend this meeting and become
an active member of this needed advisory committee.
I will contact you on Friday to discuss this matter. Should you
have any questions before then please contact me here at our offices.
