Built inthe spring of 1942 at 1201 Avenue in the Coil Woodlands Estates it is locally recognized as the former of Senator Phil CJramm during his tenure as a at TAMU from 1972-1979. It was subsecpaently purchased by Kenneth and Patfieia Peddicord in 1983 and they have now resided there forl6 years.
