MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT A UTI 4 O R R ITY
This memorandum will outline the basis for an agreement between the
Mental Health - Mental Retardation Authority of Brazos Valley (here-
inafter referred to as the "Authority "), and the Brazos County
Defense Office: 4.1,1,/,
The purpose of the agreement is to ensure that client needs are met
in the event of a disaster, either man -made or natural.
I. Authority clients and documents located at the 623 Mary
Lake St. Complex, Bryan, Texas, will, in the event of a
disaster, be transported to:
Brazos Center
3232 Briarcrest Drive
Bryan, Texas 77801
and remain at that location until all danger has passed.
At that time, clients and documents will safely be returned
to Authority property.
II. All Authority clients and documents located at 408 North
Washington, 309 North Washington, 708 South Bryan, and
302 East 24th Street, will, in the event of a disaster, be
transported to the Brazos County Courthouse, and will remain
at that location until clients and documents may be safely
returned to Authority property.
III. All other clients or documents of the Authority not speci-
fically mentioned in this memorandum w` be provided shelter
or storage space by the Brazos County it Defense Office
upon request by the Executive Direct r_of the Authority.

IV. The Authority agrees to transport, supervise, and secure all
clients and documents requiring shelter in the event of an
emergency.
* V. All clients and records will be under care and supervision
of the Authority at all times.
