Cox, State Coordinator (11 SUBJECT: Program Paper /Profile Workshops for FY '80 During the month of September, 1979, area workshops throughout the State will be conducted by this Division for the preparation of the 1980 Program Paper and the Program Status Report - Profile. Arrangements with DCPA have been made to reimburse your expenses (travel and per diem) to participate in these workshops. The workshops have been scheduled by regions to facilitate the completion of all Program Papers prior to October 1, 1979. The Regional Liaison Officer will be in charge of each workshop in his respective region. Listed on the reverse side are the dates and places of all workshops. The one checked indicates the workshop you should attend. Do not attend any of the others, as your Program Paper, Program Status Report and travel expense forms will only be available at one of the work- shops conducted by your Regional Liaison Officer. To assist in the completion of your Program Paper, it is suggested that you bring your current Program Paper for FY '79 with you to the workshop, as well as any other information that you consider necessary in completing these documents. All workshops will begin at 9:00 a.m. and terminate at 4 :00 p.m. that same date.
