We are pleased to tell you that the Federal Office of Civil
Defense has approved our recommendation for the allocation
of $334.23 in Federal funds to apply on your Communications
Program, State Request No. 20(65), OCD No. TEX 000 - 5(65).
A copy of the approved application is enclosed for your
information.
The enclosed instruction sheet describes the procedure to be
followed in obtaining the Federal matching funds which have
been approved for your project.
