County.
National Emergency - only by assigned plan - and can be activated
by proper authority in a local emergency.
(1). Must have an amateur license to operate in RACES.
(2). Repeator remote - Station.
Natural - Emergencies.
(3). Station License - when issued, must be issued to County.
