Appointment of new Races Radio Officer and District Races Officer. c. Establish County level emergency warning fan out under fixed communi- cation division. VI. General. A. All appointments made shall be subject to oath and security regulations as required by Countyn Court Order . B. A complete study will bee made of communications facilities and reccommendations submitted for approval and implementation along with an operational communications plan.
