Hi David:
Well, Prairie View Heights was platted in 1947 so we will need to move the
boundary over to Tarrow for the Eastgate map. If this needs to be amended
by the committee then it should be placed on the agenda again for next
month. Also, I'II send you a list of the subdivisions and their plat dates
to keep on file as supporting data for our boundaries.

Hi David:
I was looking at the maps more closely last night after I got home and there
might be a glitch on the Eastgate map. The subdivision labeled Lloyd Smith
was one I couldn't find at the courthouse and Prairie View Heights was one
that I couldn't read on the previous set of maps because the labeling
overlapped. Anyhow, I need to look up the date on Prairie View Heights and
search again for Lloyd Smith. If they're in our time range, well need to
move the boundary over to Tarrow. There are some houses in the Lloyd Smith
subdivision that look like they could be 40s houses. I can't get to the
courthouse until next week but will let you know as soon as I find out
something more. I assume we would need to amend the boundaries at the next
meeting.
