1995 Willie Nelson Concert Photographs Context
Willie Nelson performed twice at Wolf Pen Creek in 1995 – once to kick off the concert season on
Saturday March 4th and again on Sunday April 23rd as part of the Texas A&M – City of College Station
Earth Day Extravaganza April 19-23. The photographs in this collection are not linked to a specific
event, but his change in attire potentially indicates the two separate concerts.
Based on the weather history for these two dates and Willie Nelson’s attire, the images in this
collection labelled “Concert A” are estimated to be from March and “Concert B” from April.
