Eighth - graders at St. Michael's Episcopal School in Bryan sponsored two food drives to
benefit the church pantry. The first drive collected 416 pounds, which was delivered to
the pantry in November. After the first drive, students set a goal to collect 500 pounds
for the Christmas Food Drive, but surpassed it by gathering 710 pounds of food.
