AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF EMERALD FOREST PHASE VI, FROM AGRICULTURE -OPEN
SPACE DISTRICT A -0 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -lA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, August 12, 1982 1982 on the question of rezoning certain
property within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Emerald Forest Phase VI,
a subdivision to the City of College Station, Texas according to plat filed
in Volume 530 page 665 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from
Agriculture -Open Space District A -0 to Single Family Residential District R -la.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of August , 1982.
