ORDINANCE NO. 1357
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 19, BLOCK 1, GORZYCKI SUBDIVISION, MEADOWLAND
ADDITION (131 MEADOWLAND ST.), COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM
GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C -1 TO APARTMENTS MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT R -5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, May 13, 1982, on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification all of Lot 19, Block 1, Gorzycki
Subdivision, Meadowland Addition, as filed in Volume 94, Page 278 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from General Commercial District C -1
to Apartments Medium Density District R - 5.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 13th day of May, 1982.
