AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 13.50 ACRE TRACT LYING IN THE MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE,
ABSTRACT 46, BRAZOS COUNTY AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF
THIS ORDINANCE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -1 to TOWNHOUSE -
ROWHOUSE DISTRICT R -3.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00
on Thursday, April 23, 1981 on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the City limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 1287
And it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 23rd day of April, 1981.

RESOLUTION NO. 08-08-85-11
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of April,
1981, the City Council
of the City of College Station adopted Ordinance 1287 re-
zoning a tract of land that was later platted and developed
as Southwest Crossing Phase One and recorded in Volume 523,
Page 433, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas;
WHEREAS, the Council reviewed the tract by reference to a
diagram; and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of Ordinance 1287 it has been
discovered that the description included therein is inco
rect and does not correspond to what was presented to Co rn -
un- Y
cil,-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the
City of College Station that the tenth line of the ordi
nance be changed to read, "To rezone or change the classi-
fication of Southwest Crossing Phase One, as recorded in
Volume 523, Page 433, of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas." That the remainder of said ordinance be deleted.
