AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ACCESS EASEMENT ON BLOCK 51 OF SOUTHWOOD VALLEY
SECTION 22A, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
Said access easement being more particularly described as follows:
Being an access easement on Block 51 on Southwood
Valley Section 22A an addition to the City of College
Station, Texas; recorded in the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas in volume 474 Page 785.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
that;
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of
College Station that there is an access easement dedicated to the
City of College Station by plat; and
WHEREAS, said access easement is not needed and will not be needed in the
future; and
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ORDAINED that such access easement be vacated
and abandoned; that the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to
release on behalf of the City of College Station any right or
claim which the City has in and to said easement.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 9th DAY OF APRIL, 1981.
