ORDINANCE NO. 1263
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.514, REGULATING FOOD SERVICE ESTAB-
LISHMENTS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 516, REGULATING THE MANUFACTUR
AND SALE OF FROZEN DESSERTS.
Section 1. Ordinance No. 514, Section H.l.a. is hereby amended to
repeal the $3.00 permit fee for the inspection of food - service estb-
lishments within the City of College Station.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 515, Section 3 is hereby amended to repeal
the set permit fees for the inspection of frozen dessert manufactures,
plants and soft serve manufactures.
Section 3. The City Council shall in the future set the health permit
fees by resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd day of January, 1981.
