AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ESTABLISHMENTS HOLDING A LATE HOURS PERMIT FOR
THE SALE OF MIXED BEVERAGES TO REMAIN OPEN AND SERVE SUCH BEVERAGES UNTIL
1 A.M. ON JANUARY 1, 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That any extablishment holding a mixed beverage permit and also allowed to
operate pursuant to a late hours permit issued by the Texas Alcoholic
Beverage Commission may operate said establishment and serve permitted bev-
erages until 1 A.M. on January 1, 1981; this ordinance being passes in
accordance with Section 105.03 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code and under
the Home Rule Powers granted to the City under the Constitution and Laws
of the State of Texas.
PASSED and APPROVED this 11th day of December, 1980.
