ORDINANCE NO. 1251
AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 15 OF THE CHALET VILLAGE SUBIVISION
FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -1 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Monday, November 24, 1980 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 1 through 15 of the Chalet
Village Subivision, a subdivision of the City of College Station, Texas according
to plat filed in Volume 420, page 92 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas
from Single Family Residential District R -1 to Single Family Residential District
R -lA.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of November, 1980.
