AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 1 & 2,BLOCK F; COLLEGE HEIGHTS ADDITION FROM
ADMINISTRATIVE /PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A -P TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C -1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, March 27, 1980 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 1 & 2, Block F; College
Heights Addition, a subdivision of the City of College Station, Texas as record-
ed by plat filed in Volume 124, page 259 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas from Administrative /Professional District A -P to General Commercial
District C -1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of March, 1980.
