ORDINANCE NO. 1202
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF STERLING STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY IN THE RICHARDS
SUBDIVISION.
Said street right -of -way being more particularly desribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the east corner of a 2.00 acre tract conveyed to Ronald
Cruse by deed recorded in Volume 418, Page 704 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 44 0 43'08" E for a distance of 123.38 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing N 44 °43'08" E for a distance of 25.00 feet to a
point for corner;
THENCE S 45 0 00'00" W for a distance of 166.65 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE S 37 0 51'18" E for a distance of 25.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N 45 0 00'00" E for a distance of 169.66 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.10 acres of land, more or less.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ORDAINED that such street right -of -way be
vacated and that the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to release on behalf
of the City of College Station any right or claim which the City has in and to
said right -of -way.
