AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ESTABLISHMENTS HOLDING A LATE HOURS PERMIT FOR
THE SALE OF MIXED BEVERAGES OR BEER AND WINE TO REMAIN OPEN AND SERVE
SUCH BEVERAGES UNTIL 1 A.M. ON JANUARY 1, 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That any establishment holding a mixed beverage license or an on premises
beer and wine license and also allowed to operate pursuant to a late hours
permit issued by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, may operate said
establishment and serve permitted beverages until IA.M. on January 1, 1981;
this ordinance being passes in accordance with Sections 105.03 through
105.05 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code and under the Home Rule Powers
granted to the City under the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas.
Ordinance No. 1253 is hereby repealed.
