AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 5, BLOCK 1 OF THE COONER ADDITION, A SUBDIVSION
OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS FROM APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT R-5 TO
ADMINSITRATIVE - PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, November 8, 1979 on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classifiaction of all of Lot 5, Block 1 of the Cooner
Addition, a subdivision to the City of College Station, Texas according to plat
filled in Volume 102, page 151 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from
Apartment Building District R-5 to Administrative -Professional Distrcit A-P.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 8th day of November, 1979.
