AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF THE EMERALD FOREST PHASE ONE ADDITION, COLLEGE STATION,
MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, ABSTRACT 46, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM AGRICULTURAL OPEN
DISTRICT, A-0 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, January 25, 1979 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Emerald Forest Phase One, an addition to
the City of College Station, Brazos County, Texas accordinq to plat filled in
Volume 412, pages 223 and 225 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said
Emerald Forest Phase One also being a portion of a 300.0 acre tract conveyed to
Allen Swoboda by Land Part I by deed recorded in Volume 389, page 407 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Agricultural Open District, A-0 to
Single Family Residential District R-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately..
