AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 2, OF BLOCK 46; SOUTHWOOD VALLEY ADDITION,
SECTION 1OA, COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AS RECORDED BY PLAT FILED IN VOLUME 322,
PAGE 670 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM APARTMENT BUILDING
DISTRICT R-6 AND SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1 TO TOWNHOUSE-ROWHOUSE
DISTRICT R-3.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, September 14, 1978 on the question of rezoning certain areas
within the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 2, Block 46; Southwood
Valley Addition, Section 1OA, College Station, Texas, as recorded in Volume
322, Page 670 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Apartment
Building District R-6 and Single Family Residential District R-1 to Townhouse-
Rowhouse District R-3.
And, it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of September, 1978.
