AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 7,8,9,10,11 AND 12; BLOCK 37; SOUTHWOOD
VALLEY ADDITION, SECTION 10A, COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AS RECORDED BY PLAT
FILED IN VOLUME 322, PAGE 670 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS,
FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1 TO DUPLEX DISTRICT R-2.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, September 14, 1978 on the question of rezoning certain areas
within the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 7,8,9,10, 11 and 12;
of Block 37; Southwood Valley Addition Section 10A, College Station, Texas,
as recorded by plat filed in Volume 322, Page 670 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas, from Single Family Residential District R-1 to Duplex
District R-2.
And, it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of September, 1978.
