AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE 1977-78 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, a proposed budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1977 to June 30,
1978 was prepared and a public hearing held thereon as prescribed by
law, NOW THEREFORE,
1. The aforesaid proposed budget, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted.
2. Authorization is hereby granted for the expenditure of the
same under the respective items contained in said budget in
accordance with the approved fiscal procedures of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of June, 1977.
