AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF BLOCKS TWO AND THREE OF THE BRENTWOOD ADDITION, SECTION
FIVE FROM DUPLEX DISTRICT R-2 TO SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT R-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
February 24, 1977 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Blocks 2 and 3 of the Brentwood
Addition, Section 5, a subdivision to the City of College Station, Texas according
to plat filed in Volume 389, page 175 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas
from Duplex District R-2 to Single Family Residential District R-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of February, 1977.
