AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 1,2,13 AND 14 OF BLOCK A; LOTS 1,2,11 AND 12 OF
BLOCK B; AND LOTS 1,2,3,16,17 AND 18 OF BLOCK D - COLLEGE HEIGHTS ADDITION, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS RECORDED IN VOLUME
124, PAGE 259 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT R-2, APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT R-3, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-1, AND
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT C-N, TO ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, September 9, 1976 on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the follwoing:
To rezone or change the classification of the following property:
All of Lots 2, 11 and 12, Block B; and all of Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block D of the
College Heights Addition, College Station, Texas as recorded in Volume 124,
Page 259 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Duplex Residential
District R-2 to Administrative Professional District A-P.
All of Lots 13 and 14, and 15 feet of Lot 2, Block A of the College Heights
Addition, College Station, Texas as recorded in Volume 124, page 259 of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas from Apartment Building District R-3 to
Administrative Professional District A-P.
All of Lot 1, and 65 feet of Lot 2, Block A; and all of Lot 1, Block B of the
College Heights Addition, College Station, Texas as recorded in Volume 124,
page 259 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from General Commercial
District C-1 to Administrative Professional District A-P.
All of Lots 1,2, and 3, Block D of the College Heights Addition, College Station,
Texas as recorded in Volume 124, page 259 of the Deed Records of Brazos, County
Texas from Neighborhood Business District C-N to Administrative Professional
District A-P.
And it is ordained that said changes shall be effective immediately.
