AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 8159 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR REQUIREMENTS FOR
DEPOSITS FOR UTILITY SERVICES BY DELETING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 815 AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
1. That Section IV, Item 2, Ordinance No. 815 is hereby deleted.
2. That Section V, Item 2, Ordinance No. 815 is hereby deleted.
3. That Section VI, Item 2, Ordinance No. 815 is hereby deleted.
4. That Section VIII, Item 1 and Item 2, Ordinance No. 815 are hereby deleted.
It is hereby ordained that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its approval.
