AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 3, REDMOND TERRACE SUBDIVISION
FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, DISTRICT R-lC TO APARTMENT BUILDING
DISTRICT, DISTRICT R-3.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Wednesday, October 23, 1974 on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 3 Redmond
Terrace Subdivision, according to a plat filed in Volume 188, page 107 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Single Family Residential District,
District R-lC to Apartment Building District, District R-3.
And it is ordained that the said change shall be effective immediately.
