ORDINANCE NO. 898
AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CHANGES
TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 850 FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING
FOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council has recommended proposed changes to the existing Zoning
Ordinance No. 850;
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing shall be held at the City Hall in College
Station, Texas at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, February 25, 1974 on the proposed changes to
Zoning Ordinance No. 850 of the City of College Station;
Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
the City of College Station at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date set for
the public hearing.
