AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUESTION OF
REZONING CERTAIN TRACTS OF LAND IN THE CRAWFORD BURNETT LEAGUE, BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING PARTS OF A 657 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED TO WILLIAM
D. FITCH AND A 14 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED TO AREA PROGRESS CORPORATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing be held at the City Hall
in College Station, Texas at7:00 PM on March 25, 1974 on the question
of rezoning certain areas within the city limits as follows:
TRACT 1:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
Crawford Burnett League in College Station, Brazos County, Texas,being
a part of that 657 acre tract conveyed to William D. Fitch by deed
recorded in Volume 310, page 787 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning in the southeast right of way line of F.M. 2818 at the most
northerly corner of that 2.37 acre tract described in Volume 67,

Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general
cirulation in the City of College Station at least three times, the
first publication of which shall not be less than 15 days prior
to the date fixed for the hearing.
