AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 39, BLOCK 14, SOUTHWOOD
SECTION 25, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS RECORDED IN VOLUME 316, PAGE 687 OF THE DEBD
RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT, DISTRICT R-1C, TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRRCT,
DISTRICT C-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, July 23, 1973, on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 39,
Block 14, Southwood Section 25, a subdivision of the City of
College Station, Brazos County, Texas recorded in Volume 316,
Page 687 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from
Single Family Residential District, District R-lC, to General
Commercial District, District C-1, and it is ordained that said
change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 23rd day of July, 1973.
