AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PUBLI
C HEARING ON THE QUESTION OF RE-
ZONING LOT 1 AND 65 FEET OF LOT 2 OF BLOCK A OF THE COLLEGE HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION FROM APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT, (R-3), TO GENERAL COM-
MERCIAL DISTRICT, (C-1) AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY
OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEICA&
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that all land
described herein be rezoned from Apartment Building District, (R-3), to General Com-
mercial District, (C-1).
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing shall be held at the City Hall in College Station
at 7:00 P. M. on Monday, March 26, 1973, on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the city limits as follows:
Lot 1 and 65 feet of Lot 2 of Block A of the College Heights Subdivision from Apartment
Building District, (R-3), to General Commercial District, (C-1).
Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of College Station at least three times, the first publication of which shall not
be less than 15 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing.
